Your Investment
Initial Investment
It will take approximately $250,000 – $375,000 to open a Gymalaya centre. This amount will depend heavily on where you plan to open the business, building type, leasehold improvements needed etc. The initial investment includes the franchise fee, leasehold improvements, equipment, rental deposit etc. You should invest at least $100,000 of your own capital. The balance can be financed through a Small Business Loan.
Franchise Fee
The franchise fee is $30,000 which is included in the total investment. The initial franchise fee entitles you to use the Gymalaya brand for a period of 10 years and is payable in full when the Franchise Agreement is signed. This fee includes your training and pre opening support.
Royalty and Marketing Fees
Royalty fees is 6% of gross revenue plus 2% Advertisement Fund
